Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.
Shipping costs
- UK: free standard shipping.
- EU: free standard shipping.
- US: free standard shipping. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra $15.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices include applicable VAT or sales tax, and you will not be charged any import duties, customs fees or other extra charges on delivery.
Where orders ship from
UK and EU orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. US orders are fulfilled from our US fulfilment partner.
Delivery times
- UK: 2 to 5 business days.
- EU: 1 to 5 business days.
- US standard: 3 to 5 business days. US express: 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times start from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order has shipped.
